Our brochures are a start-up guide to what we can offer. We pride ourselves in being the first on the event catering scene with new ways to give you the best experience. Canapes on tree trunks. Desserts on dry ice. You name it. We will make it happen.

03. WE'LL PLAN THE EVENT

We work alongside some fantastic venues and are recommended in many, with our years of experience in event catering, you know you will be in safe hands when your all-important day comes around. At LG Elite, it’s not just the catering we provide. Our dedicated team are on hand throughout your planning process to guide you, run through your guest list and discuss any dietary requirements you may need to work with.

04. THE DAY ITSELF

Not only do we help you every step of the way, but we will also be there with you on your event. Your designated Event Manager will be on hand to run the timings and the food services and will be your go to for any last-minute changes, or just a quick chat to settle any nerves before the day begins.

With the growing number of people making more sustainable choices with their food habits, take a look through our extensive list of vegan dishes that are absolutely delicious. We also understand getting peoples dietary requirements right may seem a little daunting, but the Executive Chef Team are highly skilled to be able to adapt our dishes to suit everyone. Not only are we able to cater to all sustainable choices, we also locally source all our meat & vegetables, and opt for ‘wonky veg’ where we can to help reduce the wastage of rejected foods. 

At LG Elite, we travel to various locations to make your event happen. To reduce our carbon footprint, we carpool as often as we can and reward our drivers for filling their cars with our team. It is the perfect opportunity for our team to socialise together, and also be a fun alternative to travelling alone whilst reducing our fuel consumption. We also host video meetings and also have gone back to basics with phone conversations to cut down on face-to-face meetings & trips. 

We have a paperless strategy, to ensure no unnecessary printing takes place in the offices and on sites. Where we can, we will email you brochures and information to ensure that we lower our paper waste.

The LG Elite team have been working hard on strategies to introduce recyclable and reusable items to decrease landfill waste. Our buffets are served in recyclable packaging and cutlery and provide visible recycling bins when working on site.
